Four products that work together. Use the right primer for your surface, reinforce the weak spots, then build the waterproof layer.
Primer · non-metal
Bonding Liquid
An acrylic latex primer that improves adhesion, flexibility and waterproofing. Use it on concrete, plaster, masonry, fibre-cement, tiles and anything previously painted.
20 L covers 160–200 m² · 1–2 coats
Primer · metal
Rust Converter & Etch Primer
Gives maximum adhesion to bare steel, IBR and corrugated sheeting, aluminium, PVC and fibreglass. Not for previously painted surfaces.
20 L covers 160–200 m² · 1 coat inland, 2 coastal
Reinforcement
Fibre Seal
A fibre-reinforced acrylic paste for cracks, joints, screws and flashings. It needs no separate membrane and has excellent UV resistance on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
20 L covers 80–120 m² of treated strips · 1 coat
Waterproof layer
Rubber Solutions
A high-performance acrylic polymer coating that dries into a seamless, stretchy membrane. It moves with the roof through heat and cold and can be painted over once cured.

How much do I need?
Before you start
- Apply between 10 °C and 35 °C, with no rain expected for 48 hours.
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, oil and loose material.
- Fix ponding first. Water standing for more than 2 days after rain will break down any acrylic coating.
- Don’t thin it or skimp on coats. Thickness is what waterproofs.
- Tools clean up with water while wet.
